Chittenango Falls, April 2009

What a wonderful day for a stroll through Chittenango Falls State Park! The good thing about coming here in the Spring, is that the water really pours over the falls. For the best perspective, down in the water below the falls is the best spot to take some wide angle photos to really show the water rushing at you. Of course, doing so is against the park rules (stay on the trails!) so I do not recommend or endorse this idea. But if you do happen to fall into the water, a graduated ND filter can help you combat a bright sky over the dimly lit falls, depending on the light.
